A recipe from her grandmother Leah, which is perfect with hot, spicy barbecued meats, fish or poultry. At first this dish looks a bit odd, but it tastes wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of green grapes, washed and thoroughly dried
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Method

Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Mix the sour cream, cinnamon and sugar in a large bowl, until well combined, then add the grapes and carefully mix with rubber spatula.

Serve in cantaloupe halves which have been chilled.
