  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. prepared horseradish
  • teaspoon

Method

Mix the mayonnaise, horseradish, hot sauce, sugar and vinegar thoroughly in a large metal or glass bowl and then add the cabbage and carrots. Let sit for at least 1 hour to absorb flavors. Sprinkle the cole slaw with paprika just before you serve.
