In a large bowl mix the ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended. After mixing pour into a container and seal, refrigerate until ready to use. If olive oil has thickened when you are ready to use pour liquid into medium saucepan and heat until just warmed through and olive oil is fully liquid again.
