Adapted from a recipe seen at the Jack Daniel’s World Invitational Barbecue contest in Lynchburg, TN.

Ingredients

  • ½ pint Jack Daniel’s whiskey
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon</

Method

Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan, over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a medium bowl to cool. When cooled put in a sealable glass or plastic bottle.

Use this sauce on anything you barbecue, but it’s especially good on grilled leg of lamb and grilled lamb riblets.
