This is wonderful on just about any grilled, or smoked, fish and equally as tasty on BBQ chicken or other poultry.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups tightly packed dark brown sugar

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large glass or ceramic bowl, mixing well with a spoon until fully blended. Pour the sauce into a large glass or ceramic pot, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and cook over low heat until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. If sauce is still too thin slowly add more cornstarch, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring, until you reach desired the thickness. Take the sauce off
