Recipe learned by watching a cook in the kitchen of the Grand Hyatt Hotel on lovely, tropical, Cheju Do island in Korea.
In a small saucepan, over low heat, combine the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger, and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients.
