In Argentina and Brazil, this sauce is served at the side of juicy grilled steaks.
In a medium bowl mix the ingredients well and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least a day. You may add thyme and rosemary if you like, but in very small amounts.
Remove the mixture form the refrigerator. In a medium saucepan over high heat boil the liquid for 10 minutes. Serve the steak sauce in a sauce boat alongside medium rare steaks.
