Peel the limes, saving the zest from one of them. Cut the limes in half, de-seed them and put them in a food processor. Add lime juice, zest, chutney, and brown sugar. Pulse until the lime is fairly well chopped up, although it will still be chunky.
Pour this mixture into a bowl and add the corn syrup, marjoram, and red pepper, and mix well.
