Quick rubs to delight the culinary senses, they taste good too!
The following rubs are easy to make and use. The ingredients should be mixed together well, rubbed gently into meat, fish, poultry, or game, with your hands and left to dry marinate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Then it’s time to grill, smoke or charbroil to your heart’s content.
