Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon green onion powder

Method

In a small bowl mix all the ingredients well with a spoon. Pour into a glass jar which has a shaker top and use to sprinkle on barbecued or roast chicken. Keep in a cool, dry place so spices don’t form a useless cake.
