Alice Springs Emu Steaks

Marinade

• ½ cup soy sauce
• ¼ cup lime juice
• 2 tablespoon

In a large bowl whisk together all marinade ingredients and pour into a Ziploc bag, add the emu steaks, and marinate them for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator.
