Ingredients

  • 4 medium apricots, diced
  • 3 medium mangos, peeled and diced
  • 8 oz. sugar

Method

Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Stir well and simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, on low heat, or until fruit is soft. Remove the chutney from the heat. Place in a small bowl and cool to room temperature. Pack in clean jars and refrigerate. Warm up in a small saucepan or microwave oven before serving with meat recipes. Chutney should last 3-4 days refrigerated.
