Marinade

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cups

Method

Mix up the marinade in a large Ziploc bag and add the goose breast, letting it marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator. While the goose is marinating, mix the gin and the preserves and heat them in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring often until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, pour into a small bowl and refrigerate. Re-warm in microwave or on stove just before serving go
