“Heddo” Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 4 large golden delicious apples, ½ lb. each
  • ¼ cup maple syrup, the real stu

Method

Mound charcoal or briquettes on one side of barbecue, or turn on gas on one side of barbecue only. Temperature should be approximately 400°-500°.

Place currants in small bowl and cover with hot water, soak for 20 minutes.

Wash and core the apples, leave at least a ½ inch core hole. Mix the raisins, sugar, currants, graham crackers and curry powder well in a medium bowl, and stuf
