  • 6 peaches, firm but ripe
  • ¾ cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 teaspoons

Method

Halve the peaches and discard the pit. Do not peel the peaches. Mix the Grand Marnier, vanilla, and the sugar together in a shallow, wide bowl and place the peaches in it flesh side down. Cover with plastic wrap, and allow them to soak for 3 to 4 hours.
