  • 4 large nectarines, cut in half (or peaches)
  • oz. butter, melted
  • 3 tab

Method

Place the nectarines in a medium cast iron dish with cut side up and brush them with butter. Scatter half the sugar over the fruit and grill over high heat (450° to 550°) for 8-10 minutes until the sugar caramelizes.
