Method

Combine the horchata and bulgur and soak overnight in the fridge.

Combine the raspberries, orange zest, and a couple pinches of sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to soften.

Dish the horchata-bulgur porridge into serving bowls and serve with the raspberries on top.
