Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

I prefer the more crisp Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies, but this recipe is for those of you who, like my dad, prefer a soft, chewy cookie. This is a great recipe with a bit more sugar and some extra flour to get the chewy texture. When you’re serving cookies to a crowd, try making both recipes to see which cookie gets more votes.
