Back in the ‘60s, my parents lived in Colorado, where my dad would rock climb during the summer and ski during the winter. These little coconut-marshmallow mountains make me think of him whenever I make them—the homemade version of a rocky road candy. They’re delicious, make a great gift, and forming them is just a matter of melting two different kinds of chocolate.
