  • ½ cup dry macaroni
  • 26-ounce cans tuna
  • cup

Method

Fill a medium pot halfway with salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Add the macaroni and cook until tender, not mushy. Drain, rinse in cool water, and set aside to cool. Open the tuna, drain off the oil or water, and combine with the cooled macaroni. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir to combine and chill until ready to eat. Serve alone or on a bed of lettuce.
