  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound co

Method

Peel off the outer layer of the cabbage and throw it away. Cut the cabbage into quarters, then halve the quarters again (I cut mine up even more), wash, and drain thoroughly. Heat the oil in a medium pot, fry the ham slices on both sides for a minute or two, until browned, and remove from the oil. Lower the heat, allowing the oil to cool some before adding the drained cabbage and onion. Stir-fr
