  • ¼ cup cooking oil or bacon grease
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green


Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the onions, bell pepper, and celery, then add the crabmeat and Stir-fry until the crab is brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice or grits, with fresh cornbread on the side.
