  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • sprinkle salt and black pepp

Method

Buy cut-up ribs or cut them up yourself. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or fryer. Wash the ribs and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a bag (paper or plastic) with the ribs and shake to coat well. Remove the ribs from the bag and shake off excess flour.
