  • 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) cold heavy cream


Using a mixer, beat the cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form. Add the maple syrup and the vanilla and beat just to combine. Fold in the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before using. Makes about cups (20
