These sweet delicacies rely on ground nuts for their crisp texture. For the last several years, my husband has been asking me to re-create the biscuit-like pine nut cookies he loves from the south of France. He says I got them right with this recipe.

  1. Place racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 325°F (165°C). Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, process 1 cup<
