Layer the elements of a banquet—pork, chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, and vegetables—into a big bowl, and then heat it up for a generous meal to feed a crowd. Layer the components with a pungent sauce made from red fermented bean curd, or, for a milder flavor, use soy sauce. Although the ingredients list is long, remember that this is a seven-course banquet in a bowl. Since most of it can be prepared in advance, there is very little last-minute cooking.
