Anthony pours a sauce streaked with stir-fried vegetables and threads of egg over fried pork-filled wontons. The chunky vegetable sauce slightly softens the fried wontons so that each mouthful is both chewy and crisp. To easily manage this dish, fry the wontons ahead, then reheat them in the oven while you quickly cook the vegetable sauce.
