Hakka Soup Noodles with Egg Roll

Carol Wong, the 2009 president of the Tsung Tsin Association of Ontario, says that when she grew up in Jamaica, soup noodles were considered a Jamaican-Hakka specialty. Although the literal translation for the words means “water noodles,” they
