Fah stir-fries a mixture of pork, shrimp, cabbage, and squid to create a delicious filling for cool, crisp lettuce cups. Although she uses dried squid in this recipe, I prefer the taste and texture of fresh calamari. Small calamari are widely available fresh or frozen, and are sometimes sold already cleaned. Eat as an appetizer or as a main course for two with rice. Spoon a little rice into the bottom of the lettuce cups to soak up the savory juices.
