  • 2 red or yellow bell peppers (or 1 of each)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Heat a charcoal or gas grill.
  2. When the grill is hot, put the peppers on the grill. Turn them as they become charred, and remove them once they are blackened on all sides. Place them in a plastic bag and tie it shut. After about 15 minutes, remove the peppers from the plastic bag. Remove the skin, which should come off easily now. Cut the peppers open to remove
