Our older daughter loves peas, so when they are in season we try to use them as much as possible. Although frozen peas are okay, they don’t compare with the sensation of spring sweetness you get when you close your mouth around fresh peas. Savory sausage pairs perfectly with peas, and this has become a springtime favorite in our home.
