Braised dishes are great for when schedules are crazy around dinnertime. Eating individually and on the run is just not part of our family’s lifestyle. Sharing meals as a family is something we treasure, so when there isn’t time to prepare a meal, having a braised dish like this one that just needs reheating fits the bill perfectly. I like using a combination of peppers, because the tart green pepper balances the sweet flavor of the red and yellow ones. Peeling the peppers not only removes
