Method

Bring 2 parts water or broth to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Add 1 part quinoa, well rinsed in a colander, to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer until the grains are tender and the water is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
