This tasty salad is great for picnics and lunch boxes. Keep it in mind when you’re making chicken for dinner, and plan for leftovers. Or, drizzle 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts with olive oil and lemon juice and bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • almonds, ¼ cup ( oz/37 g)
  • plain low-fat yogurt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spread almonds on a baking sheet and toast in oven until lightly browned and fragrant, about 10 minutes
