Cheese or potato? That’s the question whenever the topic of blintzes comes up in my family. I love the delicate play of sweetness and piquancy of a cheese blintz. My wife prefers the smooth texture and earthy flavor of a potato blintz. The sour cream in the filling isn’t traditional, but I like the tangy finish it gives the potatoes.
