  • About

Grilled seafood with taratoor (sesame sauce) is enjoyed throughout the Middle East. The Israeli version would be made with fish, of course, not shrimp (as is commonly done in neighboring Lebanon). You’ll love the speed and ease of this recipe, not to mention the way the creamy, lemony taratoor jazzes up otherwise commonplace grilled fish. Tahini (sesame paste) is widely available at Middle Eastern markets, natural foods stores, and most supermarkets.
