Roasting tomatoes and chiles over a mesquite fire makes the flavor of this salsa even better! This salsa can be eaten warm or cold. Serve it over Tacos de Puerco Pernil en Olla de Cocción Lenta and add Crema Chipotle for a special treat. When making salsas, I like to start with a smaller amount of chile and add more if needed.
