This dish can be prepared in one skillet. Add cubes of panela cheese to make a complete meal, or serve with Pollo en Salsa Naranja en Olla de Cocción Lenta.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
  • ½ cup (60 g) chopp

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until translucent, 5 to 6 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  2. Add the green beans, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often, until heated through.
