These fish tacos are lightly sautéed in a pan with olive oil instead of breaded and fried. They are enhanced with this citrusy cumin slaw, which is cool and spicy at the same time; it goes perfectly with the fish and corn tortillas. Drizzle with Crema de Aguacate or Crema Chipotle for tacos with plenty of flavor!
