This popular Texas favorite is named after the King Ranch, a legendary 800,000-acre ranch in South Texas. This version is much lower in fat and sodium than the original and makes a wonderful meal accompanied by Ensalada Romaine con Aderezo de Lima. This is a great meal for entertaining because it can easily be made ahead. It’s definitely a crowd favorite!
