Place the turkey, onion, and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté until the turkey has browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, and oregano and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the flavors have blended. Add the beans and chiles and simmer for about 15 minutes more, until the beans are thoroughly warmed.
