When you make your morning cup of tea, start the prep for this cake and it will be ready for your afternoon treat. Choose Earl Grey or Chai tea to give this cake an extra burst of flavour.
Cover a teabag with 300ml of boiling water and allow to completely cool as it infuses. Take the teabag out, then pour this over your dried fruit and leave to soak for 4 hours.
