Madainn Mhath Buns

I met Magz, known as @Hebridean, on TikTok and we bonded over a shared passion for our island, language, culture, food and the vital importance of good wellington boots! Magz runs the Mill View Guesthouse on the Isle of Lewis, and these Madainn Mhath Buns (which is the Gaelic for ‘good morning’) are a favourite breakfast treat among her guests. And now that I’ve tasted these iced lemon curd delights, I can see why!
