Ingredients

  • 110 g potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 450 g

Method

Peel and boil your potatoes in water until tender. Drain your potatoes and allow them to dry out before mashing them.

Once the mashed potato is completely cool, add your vanilla and then begin to add your icing sugar a tablespoon at a time; each time stir until combined. It will start out runny but begin to thicken up as you add more icing sugar.

Line a freezer-proof dish with b
