Packed with cherries, dried fruit, pistachios and almonds, these chocolate-dipped Florentines make the ideal wee treat. Watch them carefully as they bake, and allow them plenty room on the baking tray to make sure they cook evenly to give a crisp biscuit.

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
