Making honeycomb is like a magic trick, and these wee chocolate-covered treats make the perfect festive gift. If you can bear to be parted from them, that is!
Line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.
Add the sugar and golden syrup to a deep saucepan and place over a low heat until the sugar has melted. Then turn up the heat and simmer until the caramel has an amber colour (this should only take a minute).
