Did you really expect a Hebridean Baker cookbook without another Duff recipe? You know I love a traditional Clootie Dumpling, especially my Aunt Bellag’s recipe from my first cookbook. But I think I might have given this classic boiled fruit cake the ultimate upgrade here: I’ve combined the comforting flavours of banana loaf with the timeless appeal of a Duff.
