Angus’ Kirsch Cake

When your father is a master whisky distiller, then you’ll know a good dram. But Angus can not only choose the right uisge beatha to serve you, he is also one of the best bakers on Islay. His signature dessert is a layered cherry and chocolate cake with a boozy whipped cream, which really is a showstopper dessert to bring to the table.
