I’m serving you up a classic gimlet cocktail, where the stars of the show are definitely the vibrant pink of the rhubarb syrup and the Harris Gin. The tartness of rhubarb is an exquisite complement to the botanical notes of the gin. And the best part is, we grow the main ingredient right in our garden! This also works well as a tall drink, so you can top with prosecco or sparkling lemonade for a bit of fizz.
