Marmalade is the perfect alternative to honey to make a sticky, sweet, zesty glaze for a roast chicken. All the work is done by the marinade, making this a perfect hassle-free midweek meal.

Combine the marmalade with the orange juice, mustard and olive oil. Coat the chicken thighs all over, then cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
